This series is an exploration of hyper-realistic soldier 3D models inside of their operating environments to create concept art and animation. Everything in the images are exported straight from Unreal Engine with no post processing (no photoshop or retouching). All 3D art, textures, materials/shaders, color effects, VFX (Muzzle Flashes, Tracer Rounds) were placed in the scene in 3D.
I wanted to focus on telling a compelling story with a few frames, focusing on mood, lighting, and atmosphere.
